After a life-altering trip through beautiful Nepal in 2008, we were highly inspired by the kindness of our trek guide Santosh Koirala and his dream to open a school for underprivileged children so we joined forces and opened MFN in 2009. At MFN we provide an education for orphaned, abandoned and destitute children.  For many of these children, they are the first child to receive and education in their families history and when they first come to the school they needed to be taught basic hygiene skills and are given clean uniforms.  Not only are they given government certified academic education, they also receive practical skills that will benefit them in the future when they enter the workforce after graduation.
